The successful candidate will be able to make decisions independently and will be expected to train and assist in the development of apprentice landscape workers. This is a full-time position that requires applicants to work outdoors and travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and address potential hazards. Ensure all team members are equipped with proper safety gear—such as tool belts, hard hats, and eye protection—and verify that equipment is used correctly. Coordinate and assign daily work tasks to crew members to maintain productivity and workflow. Plan and manage material needs, including sourcing and purchasing supplies. Research, recommend, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and elevate the quality of landscaping work. Identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs for landscaping tools and equipment. Suggest ergonomic improvements to tools and equipment to support worker comfort and reduce strain. Recommend strategies to minimize material waste and promote more efficient use of resources.

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
