Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Installation Foreman to lead our outdoor projects with enthusiasm and expertise. In this role, you will oversee the installation of landscape features, supervise crew members, and ensure quality craftsmanship on every job. Your leadership will help us deliver beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that exceed client expectations. Duties Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects Execute landscape installations including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, and related scope Review project plans, specifications, and schedules prior to job start Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budgeted hours, and to quality standards Track labor hours and materials usage and report daily production Communicate job progress, issues, and change needs to management Train, coach, and develop crew members Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite Operate equipment and tools as needed Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly used and maintained Coordinate with other departments as required to support project success Requirements 3 or more years of landscape installation experience, with leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of landscape installation processes and best practices Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and details Proven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite productivity Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor Preferred Experience Experience with hardscape installation Experience running multiple projects or complex installs Prior foreman or crew lead experience
