Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance, including lawn care, gardening, and tree care activities. Lead a team of landscapers and horticulture specialists to execute projects efficiently and safely. Oversee landscaping construction tasks such as planting, soil preparation, and installation of features. Manage irrigation systems maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal water efficiency. Conduct site inspections to monitor quality standards, safety protocols, and project progress. Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscape techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met on time. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, hardscaping or horticulture with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, gardening techniques, tree care, hardscaping and irrigation systems. Hands-on experience with landscape construction projects and equipment operation. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Relevant certifications or training in horticulture, arboriculture (tree care), or landscape management are a plus.
