QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in landscaping construction and hardscaping Proven experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of hardscape construction techniques and materials Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Current DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF LANDSCAPE FOREMAN - HARDSCAPE DIVISION
You, as a Landscape Construction - Hardscape Foreman, kick off your day by leading a team huddle to outline the day's plans and review blueprints. Your role involves guiding your team through various tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications. You also oversee tool operations and maintenance, maintain client communication, and transition to snow removal and salting operations as winter approaches. Get ready to kickstart your day bright and early! Your standard work hours are from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, and all our service areas are within 30 minutes of the office.
