Landscape Manager

Job Description:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of landscapes installed and contracted by Garden Greenhouse & Nursery. This includes management of crews, tasks, tools, time and paperwork. The Manager will maintain existing client relationships to ensure clear communication between the client and the landscape department.

Job Responsibilities:

The maintenance manager will be responsible for all aspects of the maintenance department, including: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients Supervise landscape crews while providing leadership and guidance Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner Perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met in regard to general maintenance of their property Facilitate the resolution of client concerns Dispatch maintenance crews to properties to complete scheduled services Requirements Must have a working knowledge of plants, lawns and basic landscaping Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field Strong knowledge of landscape techniques and practices Management experience Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
