Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader Towaco, NJ • $27/hr Pennella's Landscape Design, LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable crew leader to take charge of daily landscape maintenance operations. You'll lead a small team through residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality work, safe practices, and satisfied clients — all while keeping the job running smoothly from first mow to final cleanup. What you'll do Lead and motivate a landscape crew, assigning tasks and keeping the day on schedule Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and other landscape equipment Perform mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, weeding, leaf removal, and seasonal cleanups Drive the company truck and trailer to job sites; complete pre/post vehicle inspections Serve as the point of contact for clients on-site, addressing concerns professionally and promptly Enforce safety protocols and ensure the crew follows company standards at all times
