Landscape Construction Supervisor

We are looking to hire an experienced landscape foreman for a landscape construction crew. Applicant MUST have experience in landscape construction. Also, must have knowledge and an understanding of the following areas: hardscaping, pavers, masonry, planting, snow removal, operating heavy equipment and drainage work. Applicant must be able to manage a crew. We are a year-round company and there is room to grow with us.

Responsibility:

Ability to manage Performance & Quality in both a landscape and snow removal environment across multiple sites Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members Maintaining schedules and ensuring expectations are met. Recognizing issues on client sites and alerting leadership of those issues.

COMPETENCIES

Landscaping:

5 years (Required) Paver work/

Masonry:

5 years (Required) Running a crew/crews: 2 years (Required) Ability to read landscape plans Bi-lingual is a plus, but not mandatory. Current Driver's License with a clean driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
