NEED TO HAVE EXISTING EXPERIENCE IN LANDSCAPE/HARDSCAPE SALES!

Existing book of business preferred.

Overview:

We have recently expanded from indoor plants to also doing landscape design and installation with our team of designers with 30+ years of experience in the industry! We are looking for a foreman to: 1.) execute on our visions 2.) assist with taking orders 3.) misc stuff related to landscaping.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate (bilingual): needs to speak spanish and english. Translate the vision from english to spanish.

Take offs:

be at the customer's site, lay everything out for laborers to know exactly how to execute

Supervise:

make sure that the laborers are on point with the timing and keep everything within proposed timeframes. Maximize profits per job : don't cut corners. But make sure everything is efficient and no delays happen. Prevent delays. Make full preparations. Communicate with customer and with laborer. Ensure project goes smooth with laborers and clients from start to finish.

Logistics:

buying materials beforehand, running out for shorts. Making sure laborers get there on time.

Be involved from the start:

be involved from the start to recommend plants, talk with the customers, know their vision, build the vision with them.

Necessary Qualifications Bilingual:

can speak English & Spanish.

Tech-savy :

know how to use various systems such as clickup, google meets, be responsive over text and phone.

Problem-solving:

there will be problems that arise, you need to be able to think on the spot to fix them. Have experience executing landscaping jobs. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to confidently close deals and handle objections Site plans drawing Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive mindset to generate new business opportunities
