Servicing in Ocean and Monmouth counties. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction drives our operations as we set up breakdown our equipment. Summary As a Crew Leader at Shore Inflatables, you will Drive, operate a 16' Box Truck with 1 to 2 helpers. Use Power Hand Carts to move our cargo. Complete safety checklist for proper install and breakdown procedures. Deliver and Breakdown our party equipment. We will train you on the operation if are not familiar with Inflatables. This is currently a weekend opportunity listing, but we are also looking for full time help as well, we operate March through November. And we have 6 hour, 8 hour, 10 hour, 12 hour, 14 hour shifts avail on Saturdays and Sundays, also weekdays if avail. We pay competitively and have a fun, happy work environment. We bring families and communities there best day ever. Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew in various residential, commercial setups and breakdowns of party equipment. Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's quality standards and complete state required checklist. Very punctual, well spoken, people friendly, organized. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service in the exact placement of there chosen items. Maintain equipment in good working condition, report issues to a manager. Be physically capable of working in a physical environment. Must be able to lift 100lbs. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Knowledge of tree care, lawn care, and landscape maintenance techniques. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills for client interactions. If you have an interest in a side hustle on weekends, working with amazing customers, drive throughout ocean and monmouth counties. Be able to communicate and do some physical work at times.
