Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and irrigation system management Lead and motivate a team of landscaping technicians to deliver exceptional service while maintaining safety protocols Oversee the installation and repair of landscaping features such as trees, shrubs, lawns, and garden beds Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations Schedule daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to maximize productivity Maintain equipment and tools through routine inspections and proper care to ensure optimal performance Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional guidance on landscape care Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant health and garden design Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of tree care practices, gardening techniques, and general horticulture principles Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and operating landscaping machinery for extended periods Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects efficiently Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; certification in construction or landscape-related fields is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
