Location:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wayne, New Jersey, with work performed at project sites throughout the region.

Job Description Lead daily hardscape crew operations on active job sites Oversee installation of patios, pavers, walkways, retaining walls, steps, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and related features Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and daily job flow Read plans, layouts, and project specifications and help execute work accordingly Train, guide, and support crew members in the field Communicate job progress, site needs, and issues to management Maintain organized, professional, and productive job sites Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations Support a team-first culture focused on craftsmanship, accountability, and reliability Qualifications 3+ years of hardscape, masonry, landscape construction, or closely related outdoor construction experience Prior experience leading a crew, crew leader experience, or foreman-level field responsibility Experience with pavers, retaining walls, grading, site prep, and outdoor living installations Ability to read plans, follow layouts, and manage field execution Valid driver's license Strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical job duties English communication skills preferred Permanent U.S. work authorization preferred for initial recruiting efforts Why You Will Love Working Here You will have the chance to lead real projects, make an impact in the field, and work alongside a team that values skill, dependability, and pride in the finished product.
