Then WE want to talk to you! We are seeking an experienced HardscapeMasonry Foreman to join our team. We are seeking an experienced, team-oriented professional to join our team as a HardscapeMasonry Foreman . This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and delivering high-quality outdoor construction projects. You will oversee and execute hardscape and masonry installations while working closely with the Landscape Division Supervisor. This position is responsible for leading a crew, maintaining job site efficiency, and upholding company standards for quality and safety. The Hardscape Foreman will be responsible for a wide range of installation and site management duties, including but not limited to: Hardscape and masonry installations (patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc.) Landscape plantings and site finishing as needed Operating heavy equipment such as skid steers (Bobcats) and excavators Leading and managing a crew to complete projects on time and to standard Communicating effectively with crew members, clients, and supervisors Additionally, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and project specifications, handling tools and small equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance on the tools and equipment using hand tools and small equipment, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with company safety protocols
