YOU'LL BE DOING AS A TAYLORMADE LANDSCAPE FOREMAN
Lead the
Adventure:
Direct all job site activities.
Team Management:
Delegate tasks like a pro to keep everyone on their game.
Master Communicator:
Work closely with our estimator to guarantee a seamless installation process.
Grade Guru:
Know your grades and set those levels with precision!
Paver and Irrigation Expert:
Bring your skills in paver installation and irrigation to life.
Safety First:
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Flexibility Required:
Be ready for other duties as they arise in our ever-evolving landscape!
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Experience:
1+ year of Landscaping Supervisor/Foreman experience, including the installation of synthetic turf, pavers, retaining walls, flagstone, and irrigation.
Driving Skills:
Must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record to keep company on the move.
Heavy Equipment Mastery:
Proficient in operating heavy equipment
Green Thumb:
Extensive knowledge of hardscape applications and a passion for plants—perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees.
Detail-Oriented:
Your keen eye ensures no detail goes unnoticed.
Multi-Tasking Ability:
Able to Juggle tasks and Maintain High Quality.
People Skills:
Work effectively with a diverse cast of characters—clients, contractors, vendors, and designers alike.
Dependability:
Be the punctual and reliable force our team can count on.
