In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate landscape projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscaping crews, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and irrigation system management. Lead construction projects such as installing hardscapes, planting beds, and outdoor features from start to finish. Monitor and perform tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and health assessments to promote healthy growth. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies; conduct regular safety briefings with team members. Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and horticultural best practices. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding service. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields with a strong focus on lawn care and gardening. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Knowledge of horticulture principles, irrigation systems, tree care practices, and general landscape construction. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with tools used in gardening and maintenance tasks. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; attention to detail for quality assurance.
