Job Description
Experienced Mowing Team Lead - Commercial & Residential Josh Landscape & Property Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Mowing Team Lead to oversee commercial and/or residential mowing operations. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and can effectively manage a crew while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of lawn maintenance experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members Proficient in safely towing and operating trucks and trailers Experience operating commercial mowing and landscape equipment Strong understanding of safety procedures and job site awareness Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Must align with our core values and mission statement Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily mowing and maintenance crews Ensure all commercial and residential properties are maintained to company standards Safely operate and transport equipment using trucks and trailers Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Train team members on proper equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality expectations Monitor productivity and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule Communicate effectively with management, crew members, and clients Maintain a positive work environment and uphold company culture Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies What We're Looking For The right candidate is a self-starter who leads by example, demonstrates accountability, and is committed to excellence.
