Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to execute projects including planting, lawn care, irrigation installation, and landscape maintenance Oversee the installation of hardscapes, garden features, and construction elements ensuring precision and quality Manage daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work meets company standards Provide guidance on plant selection, pruning, tree care, gardening techniques, and horticultural best practices Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies; ensure proper operation and safety compliance Collaborate with clients, designers, and team members to deliver exceptional outdoor environments that exceed expectations Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related construction fields Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, irrigation systems, and tree care Hands-on experience with landscaping construction projects including hardscaping and softscaping techniques Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with safety standards related to landscaping equipment and outdoor work environments Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members effectively Join us as a Landscaping Foreman to lead innovative outdoor projects that transform spaces into vibrant landscapes!
