Landscape Foreman

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape design and maintenance. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks while supervising a team to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care and garden upkeep. Train and mentor team members on best practices in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance techniques. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to team members. Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress. Skills Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a landscaping or horticultural environment. Strong knowledge of lawn care, garden design, and landscape maintenance practices. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirement:
