Our Company is a fast growing, leading landscaping and snow removal company in the Northeast U.S., and our branch is experiencing significant growth. As a Landscape Foreman, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces for our clients. The perfect candidate leads a construction crew in installing outdoor living features like paver patios, retaining walls, and walkways while ensuring projects are completed on time, and up to quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise a crew of 2+ employees to install hardscapes, natural stone Safely operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, saws, and transit levels Read, interpret, and execute landscape designs, construction plans, and specifications Manage materials, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Job Requirements:

Deep understanding of hardscape materials, site prep, and drainage Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a crew efficiently Capable of lifting 50+ lbs., bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Effective, professional communications with clients and team members Hands on experience in hardscape or landscape construction
