Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance, lawn care, and gardening services. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and excellence across all projects, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and irrigation system management Lead landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards Oversee lawn care routines such as fertilization, aeration, weed control, and pest management Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently Train and mentor crew members on best practices in horticulture, gardening techniques, and equipment operation Maintain equipment and tools through routine inspections and proper maintenance procedures Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong background in lawn care and gardening Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Certifications related to landscape maintenance or horticulture are a plus but not mandatory Join us to lead dynamic landscaping projects that transform outdoor spaces!
