About Us For over 20 years, we've been a family-owned landscape design, installation, and maintenance company specializing in creating and maintaining some of the Hamptons' most stunning landscapes. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and personal attention to each client, from project conception to completion. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering an opportunity for growth within a company that values quality, teamwork, and client satisfaction. The Foreman will lead and work alongside a crew to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew of 2-4 employees, serving as both leader and hands-on worker. Oversee daily tasks and ensure proper delegation of responsibilities to crew members. Operate tools and equipment, including but not limited to walker mowers and small landscaping machinery. Heavy landscape equipment use is a plus but not required. Participate in constructing and maintaining various landscape elements. Complete and submit paperwork, including timesheets, fuel receipts, and vendor invoices. Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations. Qualifications Valid NYS Driver's License. Commercial Driver's License is a plus but not required. Must have landscape installation and maintenance experience for a minimum of 5 years. Small equipment operation is a must including walker mowers. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
