Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repair Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols Oversee landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met Perform site inspections to assess conditions, identify needs for tree care or gardening improvements, and implement maintenance plans Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and supply inventories to keep operations running smoothly Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on horticulture, lawn care, and landscape design Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety guidelines at all times Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of gardening techniques Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings with excellent leadership skills Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, tree care, and general garden management Ability to perform construction tasks related to landscape installation and maintenance projects Strong understanding of plant health, soil management, and sustainable landscaping practices Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
