Job Description

Twin Crest Construction is a fast-growing landscape construction company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and vision. We're looking for a Master Hardscaper who's at the top of their game—ready to take full ownership of job sites and play a key role in building something special with us. About the
Role:
We're hiring an experienced professional who can run job sites from start to finish. You'll manage a small crew, handle layout and logistics, operate machinery, and ensure every detail meets the highest standards of quality.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a hardscape foreman Proven ability to lead crews and manage residential construction job sites Mastery of hardscaping: patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, outdoor kitchens, etc. Truck and trailer experience is required Must be able to operate excavators and skid loaders confidently and safely Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, and drainage High attention to detail and craftsmanship Professional, self-motivated, and reliable Pool installation experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license required
