This isn't a corporate role—you'll work directly alongside the owner and crew, helping shape processes, set standards, and take pride in building something from the ground up. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a small crew to complete landscaping and lawn maintenance projects efficiently and to a high standard Oversee day-to-day operations including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, mulching, and general property maintenance Take charge of landscape installs such as bed preparation, planting, light hardscaping, and cleanups Help organize job schedules, materials, and equipment to keep jobs running smoothly Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company expectations Perform quality checks on finished work and make adjustments as needed Communicate with the owner and clients when needed to keep projects on track What We're Looking For Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor construction Prior experience leading or supervising a crew (or ready to step into a leadership role) Strong knowledge of lawn care, trimming/edging, planting, and basic landscape installs Comfortable operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of projects Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work physically outdoors in various weather conditions Why Join Us Opportunity to grow into a key leadership role as the company expands Work directly with ownership—your input actually matters Tight-knit team environment (no corporate red tape) Steady work with room for advancement and increased responsibility Take pride in building and improving outdoor spaces in your community
