Lawns By Randy (LBR) About the Role Lawns By Randy is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a crew and manage daily operations for residential and commercial landscape projects. This is a full-time, year-round position offering competitive pay, great benefits, and the opportunity to grow with one of Tulsa's most respected landscape companies. As a Landscape Foreman, you'll oversee job site execution, maintain efficiency and quality standards, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Supervise and motivate a landscape crew to complete installations and maintenance work efficiently Organize projects, delegate tasks, and ensure production goals and timelines are met Track labor and materials to achieve budgeted hours and profitability targets Maintain equipment and enforce safety and quality standards on every job site Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management Be available during snow and ice events (experience a plus) Requirements Minimum 2 years of landscape experience (1+ year in a leadership or foreman role preferred) Strong working knowledge of landscape construction, plant installation, and site management Ability to read plans, manage materials, and lead a crew efficiently Reliable, organized, and able to uphold company standards in the field Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment- consistent work and dependable income Weekly pay with direct deposit Paid Time Off (PTO) and 6 paid holidays 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supportive, growth-focused team environment with long-term career opportunities Our Core Values Trust
