In this role, you will oversee daily operations on various landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality work, safety compliance, and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscaping practices, and a commitment to maintaining beautiful, sustainable outdoor environments. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, gardening, and horticultural tasks to ensure quality standards are met Oversee landscaping construction projects, including site preparation, planting, and installation of features Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to promote healthy landscapes Lead and supervise team members, providing training and guidance on safety procedures and technical skills Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all job sites Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to project specifications Operate Machinery Maintain detailed project documentation, including work orders, schedules, and progress reports Troubleshoot landscape issues such as pest control or plant health concerns with expertise in horticulture and tree care Read Blueprints and Plans Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping construction, or related fields with a strong background in lawn care, gardening, horticulture, or tree care Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance Familiarity with landscape equipment operation and safety protocols Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent understanding of landscape design principles and horticultural practices Ability to troubleshoot issues related to landscape health or equipment efficiently Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors If you are passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces through meticulous management and skilled supervision, we encourage you to apply today.
