Job Description
At Dennis' 7 Dees, we believe in growing people, not just plants. As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman on our Residential Maintenance team, you'll lead a small crew through a daily route of residential properties, keeping landscapes healthy and clients happy while managing the pace, quality, and safety of the work. You'll be the one calling the shots on-site coordinating with supervisors, interfacing with clients, and taking ownership of your crew's performance and development. Responsibilities and Duties Lead and supervise a crew performing residential landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, planting, and irrigation repairs. Assign daily tasks, manage site hours to stay on budget, and ensure work is completed to quality standards. Support the career growth of your crew members through coaching and on-the-job development. Communicate professionally with clients, Field Supervisors, and Account Managers about job progress, scope, and any concerns. Complete daily documentation including time tracking, vehicle inspections (DVIR), and safety reports. Conduct pre-trip safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job sites. Drive a company truck and trailer between job sites. Apply chemicals and fertilizers correctly and safely. Required Qualifications At least 2 years of landscape maintenance experience Supervisory experience required Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver eligibility guidelines Comfortable using a smartphone and work-related apps for daily documentation Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds daily and perform the full range of landscape labor (bending, stooping, climbing, etc.) Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus Benefits & Pay Range $20-27 per hour depending on experience, paid weekly Comprehensive and affordable health insurance: medical, dental, vision, mental health, and alternative medicine Paid time off 401k with generous company match 40% employee discount on all plants and retail merchandise Partner discounts and employee store passes at companies like Danner, Carhartt, Adidas, and Columbia. Workdays are Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am depending on the season. This position is based out of our Hillsboro, OR location.
