Northwest Native Landscapes LLC is a family owned/operated full-service landscaping company. We provide Landscape Design, Construction and Maintenance services throughout the Portland Metro area. Our business base of operations in SE Portland. We are looking for individuals who: Have Prior experience in landscape Construction services. Are a team player Like to work outdoors year-round in any weather Can operate all the various equipment that is used in landscape maintenance /construction. Can lift heavy 50lb repeated throughout the day. Have Good communication skills Takes initiative on tasks and follows directions well. Wants to learn the trade of Landscape design/build/Maintenance services

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Physical demands include: Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to: stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time. Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday. Have adequate visual and hearing acuity to follow instructions; operate machinery and equipment; and determine the accuracy of the work assigned.

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour starting pay depending on experience This position is 35-45 hours per week. Monday thru Thursday 50/50 Medical Benefits paid, 40 hours Sick pay, 6 paid holidays. 40 hours of paid vacation time after one year. Vacation time increases yearly. Work begins at 7:00 am Monday Thru Thursday at the Shop in SE Portland and is a 7-10-hour day, depending on the schedule and the time of year. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project implementation. Collaborate with team members to manage construction sites and maintain safety standards. Utilize plumbing and low voltage electrical skills as needed for landscape installations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met.
