Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping maintenance crews in delivering top-quality outdoor projects. As a key leader on our team, you will oversee daily field operations, supervise crew members, and ensure that all landscape maintenance is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. As a Foreman, you will also be responsible as a driver during daily maintenance routes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while working outdoors in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Supervise landscaping maintenance crews to complete projects on time and within budget Oversee landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, gardening, pruning, and irrigation system management Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations and maintain a safe work environment Provide guidance and training to crew members on horticulture practices, equipment use, and customer service Inspect work sites regularly to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure tools are used responsibly and efficiently Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance Supervising or leadership experience, overseeing small to medium crews in outdoor settings Strong knowledge of lawn care, horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening practices Familiarity with landscape techniques Ability to identify plant health issues and recommend appropriate solutions for maintenance or improvement Prior experience with safety regulations and equipment maintenance is preferred Join us at Aspen Creek Landscaping to lead inspiring outdoor projects while advancing your career in a vibrant, growth-oriented environment!
