Landscape Foreman 101 North Bonsall Road, Coatesville, PA 19320 From $25 an hour - Full-time From $25 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on landscaping projects, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality workmanship. Your leadership will drive the successful completion of landscape maintenance, construction, and horticultural tasks, fostering a safe and productive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in landscaping while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and tree care activities to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications Lead landscaping construction projects from planning through execution, including site preparation, planting, irrigation installation, and hardscape work Oversee irrigation system setup, repairs, and maintenance to ensure efficient water use across all landscapes Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and client expectations Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all crew members Provide training and mentorship to crew members on horticulture techniques, equipment operation, and best practices in landscape maintenance Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to coordinate project activities and resolve issues promptly Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, horticulture, and tree care Hands-on experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls Familiarity with landscaping tools, equipment operation, and safety procedures Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
