This role will lead a small crew (1-2 team members) and ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Responsibilities Lead and manage landscape projects including mulching, planting, clean-ups, and general landscaping work Supervise and work alongside a small crew on job sites Operate equipment and oversee daily project tasks Ensure quality work and strong attention to detail on every job Communicate with team members and help keep projects on schedule Requirements Prior landscaping experience required Leadership or crew lead experience preferred Valid driver's license required Experience driving a dump truck and/or truck with trailer preferred Ability to lift, work outdoors, and handle physical labor Strong work ethic and reliability What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a family-run business Consistent, hands-on work in a team environment
