Grass Cutting Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Grass Cutting Foreman to lead our lawn maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of grass cutting, ensuring high-quality results that enhance our clients' outdoor spaces. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of grass cutting crew, to ensure timely completion of lawns Lead the operation and maintenance of lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, Vehicle and Trailer Ensure safety protocols are followed during all groundskeeping activities to prevent accidents and injuries Conduct quality inspections of completed work to meet client expectations and industry standards Experience Proven supervising experience in lawn maintenance or groundskeeping roles Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Experience working with various mowers, trimmers, tools, trailering equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner Join us as a Grass Cutting Foreman and lead our team in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes! Pay:

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
