Job Description
Greenhaven is a growing premium lawn care company serving Hershey and surrounding areas. We take quality seriously, and so do our clients. We're looking for an experienced mowing foreman who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants to grow with a company that's going places. What you'll do Lead mowing operations across residential and commercial properties Operate zero turn mowers to a high standard on every job Trimming, edging, and cleanup with attention to detail Set the tone for quality on the crew Represent Greenhaven professionally at every property What we're looking for Proven zero•turn mower experience — you know what you're doing Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be managed Strong trimming skills and eye for detail Reliable — you show up, on time, every time Experience leading or setting an example for others is a plus What we offer $24•25/hr based on experience 35 hours guaranteed per week Quality equipment, no shortcuts Small crew, good culture, real room to grow as we scale
