Job Description

Diamond Ridge Camps is looking for an experienced Outdoors/Ropes Course Director to oversee the Ropes Course, Nature, Archery, Boating and Fishing. You will be responsible to supervise and provide ongoing training and guidance to your staff. The Director is responsible for the overall supervision and safety of our high and low ropes elements for our campers. We have 2 Zip Lines, a 30 foot Rock Wall, high ropes elements and low ropes elements. You will maintain the integrity and safety of the equipment. The camp season is Monday - Friday, June 22nd - August 14th, 2026. The camp day starts with a morning Leadership Team meeting for our Directors at 8am followed by an afternoon Leadership Team meeting at 4pm. Snacks and lunch are provided.
