Grass Cutting Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Grass Cutting Foreman to lead our landscaping team in maintaining pristine outdoor spaces. Duties Supervise and coordinate grass cutting, lawn care, and landscape maintenance activities across multiple sites Lead a team of landscapers and gardening staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, operated safely, and used efficiently during daily tasks Oversee irrigation systems, tree care, gardening projects, and general horticulture activities to promote healthy landscapes Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards during all operations Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Conduct quality inspections to guarantee that landscaping work meets company standards and client expectations Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping roles with a focus on lawn care and horticulture Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, trimming, pruning, irrigation, and tree care Hands-on experience with construction projects related to outdoor environments is a plus Familiarity with gardening practices and general horticulture principles Leadership skills that inspire teamwork and motivate staff to achieve high standards of work Ability to operate or oversee the operation of landscaping machinery and tools safely and effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces while leading a dedicated team committed to excellence!

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
