Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise a team of landscape workers, and ensure the successful completion of landscaping, lawn care, and maintenance tasks. Your leadership will drive quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful outdoor spaces while fostering a collaborative team environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, mulch, planting designs, low voltage lighting, fencing, carpentry, storm water management, shearing, pruning, and tree work Lead landscaping projects including construction, planting, irrigation installation, landscape lighting and tree care Assign tasks to crew members based on skill levels and project requirements Monitor work progress to ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and deadlines are met Conduct training sessions on equipment use, safety procedures, and best practices in landscaping and lawn care when needed Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure proper use of tools and machinery - Skid Steerer & Excavator Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members to plan project timelines and resource allocation Skills 5 years proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, tree care, gardening, and general construction practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Ability to assess project needs quickly and adapt plans accordingly Familiarity with equipment operation, maintenance, and safety standards in landscaping environments Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Attention to detail in executing quality work while maintaining safety compliance Must have Drivers License. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
