Job Description
Muthler Landscaping & Construction LLC is hiring hardscape installers, landscapers, and experienced crew supervisors to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, show up on time, and want to be part of a company that does quality outdoor construction work. Our work includes hardscaping, landscaping, patios, retaining walls, walkways, drainage, grading, planting, mulch, stone, excavation, and general outdoor construction. Hardscape Installer / Landscaper This position is for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and wants to build high-quality landscapes and hardscapes.
Responsibilities include:
Installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, edging, stone, mulch, plants, and landscape beds Excavating, grading, compacting, and preparing bases properly Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment Operating or assisting with skid steers, mini skids, compactors, saws, levels, and hand tools Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe Following instructions from crew leaders and supervisors Working efficiently as part of a team Preferred experience: Hardscape or landscaping experience Paver installation experience Retaining wall experience Equipment operation experience Ability to read grades, use levels, and understand base prep is a plus Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if they have a good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Crew Supervisor / Foreman We are also looking for experienced supervisors who can lead a crew, manage jobsites, and help keep projects moving efficiently and profitably.
Supervisor responsibilities include:
Leading a landscape or hardscape crew in the field Understanding job scope, layout, grades, materials, and daily goals Managing labor, production, and jobsite efficiency Communicating clearly with the owner, customers, and crew members Making sure work is completed correctly and to company standards Tracking materials, equipment, and job progress Helping train crew members Keeping the jobsite safe, clean, and professional Supervisor requirements: Prior landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or excavation experience Ability to lead people and keep a crew productive Strong understanding of quality workmanship Ability to solve problems in the field Valid driver's license preferred Equipment experience preferred CDL is a plus but not required We want people who are: Reliable and on time Hardworking and willing to learn Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions Respectful to customers, coworkers, and company property Able to lift, carry, dig, rake, shovel, and perform physical work Interested in growing with the company Proud of doing quality work Pay is based on experience, skill level, reliability, and ability to produce quality work. Higher pay is available for experienced hardscapers, equipment operators, and supervisors who can lead jobs and help run projects efficiently.
