Landscape & Hardscape Team Member TerraGreen Sustainable Landscaping Looking for a hands-on role where you can work outdoors, stay active, and be part of building high-quality outdoor spaces while enjoying a 4-day workweek? TerraGreen is a growing landscape design/build company creating custom eco-friendly outdoor environments throughout the Pittsburgh area. Our work includes sustainable and landscape planting, patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and other custom landscape construction projects with a strong focus on craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and quality installation. We are looking for motivated, reliable team members who take pride in their work and are interested in long-term growth with a company that is expanding and evolving. This is a physically active outdoor position working alongside our crews on landscape and hardscape installation projects.

Responsibilities Include:

Support hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and outdoor living spaces by preparing sites, moving materials, and assisting with installation Assist with landscape installations including planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and other landscape materials Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment Follow instructions from the Crew Leader to ensure quality and efficiency Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects to high standards Assist with site clean up and maintaining a safe, organized work environment Follow company safety procedures and standards

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in various weather conditions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Hardscape, construction, masonry, or landscaping experience is strongly preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Position Details:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
