Verona, PA Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Crew Foreman with 4+ years of landscape maintenance experience. This is a leadership role — you'll work with a small crew, manage daily tasks, and maintain the high standards our clients expect. Your primary focus will be shrub trimming, planting, and fine gardening, with limited mowing. You may also occasionally assist other divisions when needed — teamwork and flexibility are key.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead a small crew on high-end residential properties Ensure jobs are completed within estimated time frames Perform and oversee shrub trimming, planting, and detailed gardening work Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools Maintain safe, efficient, and organized work practices Communicate clearly with management and clients as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 4 years of landscape maintenance experience Valid driver's license (truck/trailer experience required) Reliable transportation to and from the shop Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in all weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong communication and leadership skills Pride in maintaining high-quality properties for discerning clients
