Field Supervisor

Job Summary Seeking Field Supervisor for commercial landscape maintenance company to oversee labor crews, job execution, quality of work, open communication between crews and management, and day to day planning. This job comes with a company vehicle. Ability to speak Spanish, interpersonal skills, ALCA certifications, etc are a plus. We are based in Chandler in the area of McQueen and Fry Rd. Responsibilities and Duties Crew supervision and guidance, constant and clear communication between management and crews, execution of work orders, assistance to account managers, attending board meetings occasionally, team meetings, planning schedules and projects, overseeing servicing of properties. Qualifications and Skills Experience in the industry of landscape maintenance and management, 3+yrs preferred.
