We are looking for an energetic, coachable, and team-oriented individual to lead our landscaping maintenance team.

Operate landscaping equipment, including both large and small machinery, to ensure the upkeep of our outdoor areas
Oversee day to day job operations
Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify maintenance needs
Beautify commercial outdoor spaces and bring joy to customers
Ensure the proper care and maintenance of plants, trees, and other outdoor features

Valid driver's license
Previous experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance
Strong team leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
