Summary As a Landscaping Crew Leader at 1899 LLC, you will oversee a team responsible for transforming and maintaining outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew in various landscaping projects from design to execution. Ensure high-quality landscape maintenance including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation. Train and mentor crew members on best practices in landscaping and safety protocols. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service. Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
