Landscape Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. In this role, you will manage a team of landscapers, coordinate daily operations, and ensure that all landscape maintenance, construction, and lawn care tasks are completed on time and to client specifications. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering a positive work environment that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscaping crew to execute landscape maintenance, lawn care, and install projects efficiently. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. Assign tasks based on skill levels and project requirements while monitoring progress to meet deadlines. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards in landscaping craftsmanship. Provide mentorship and training to team members on landscape techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care and gardening practices. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor environments or construction sites. Knowledge of irrigation systems and general landscape construction methods. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safe operation of landscaping tools. Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
