Landscape Construction Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards Plan and organize daily work schedules, assigning tasks based on project priorities and team strengths Oversee installation of hardscape features, planting, irrigation systems, and other landscape elements with precision and attention to detail Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines Enforce safety protocols across all job sites, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, materials used, and labor hours for reporting purposes Requirements Proven experience supervising landscape construction projects with a strong understanding of landscaping techniques and materials Knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and general construction practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with equipment operation related to landscaping and construction tools Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and executing projects Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members Ability to prioritize safety at all times by enforcing safety standards and conducting regular site inspections Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces! $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
