Lawncare, Maintenance, and Snow Removal Technician - LAWN-PATROL (Sioux Falls, SD) Lawn-Patrol is rapidly growing, and we're looking for an experienced and motivated Lawn/Snow Technician to join our crew! Responsibilities:

Lead a crew in daily lawn care and snow removal operations. Perform and oversee residential & commercial mowing, and lawn/landscape maintenance. Manage snow removal services for residential & commercial properties. Complete sprinkler system blowouts and seasonal maintenance. Apply fertilization safely and professionally. Communicate professionally with both customers and team members. Train, support, and motivate crew members to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in lawn care, snow removal, and related services (Dethatching, Landscape Pruning, Overseeding, Fertilization, Edging, Sprinkler Blow-Out, etc.). Strong knowledge and experience of commercial equipment operation and maintenance. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Current Commercial Pesticide License or willing to obtain.
