Landscape Installation Manager

Big Sky Landscapes Big Sky Landscapes is looking for an experienced Install Manager to lead landscape construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with 5+ years of construction experience who can manage crews, keep projects on schedule, maintain high quality standards, and deliver an excellent client experience. The Install Manager will oversee daily field operations for residential and commercial landscape installation projects, including planning, crew leadership, site coordination, materials management, and quality control. The right candidate is organized, dependable, safety-focused, and confident leading teams in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day landscape installation operations on job sites Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently Review project plans, layouts, and specifications before and during installation Coordinate labor, equipment, and material deliveries to keep projects moving Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Track labor productivity, job costs, and material usage Conduct site inspections and final walkthroughs Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company and OSHA safety standards Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members throughout the project lifecycle Train, mentor, and support crew members in the field Qualifications 5+ years of construction experience required Previous experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, or related installation work preferred Prior leadership or crew management experience strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications Strong understanding of construction practices, equipment, and job site safety Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time Valid driver's license required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Preferred Experience Landscape installation Hardscape construction Irrigation and drainage systems Grading and site prep Planting and outdoor construction projects Work Environment Outdoor, field-based position Must be able to work in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift, move, and manage physically demanding job site activities as needed Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Benefits available based on company offerings Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday Overtime as needed •Please email your resume to kayla@bigskylandscapes.com
