A Cut Above:

Lawn & Landscaping is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead installation crews and oversee high-quality landscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong field experience and the ability to manage jobs from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and participate in landscape installations Irrigation system installation Landscape lighting installation Planting (trees, shrubs, plants) Sod installation Seed and straw installation Perform minor grading and final touch-ups (grading crew handles bulk work) Install drainage systems Edging, rock, mulch, and minor hardscape work Lead crew members and ensure quality and efficiency on job sites

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus; company will assist in obtaining if needed) Clean driving record Proven experience in landscape installation Ability to operate trucks and pull trailers (1-ton trucks with heavy-duty trailers) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Schedule:

50-60+ hours per week during peak season 40-50+ hours per week during winter months

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
