Outside of work, they are happiest outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, hiking, or tending to their own garden. They are motivated by completing meaningful projects, supporting their family, and seeing the team succeed together. They are not afraid of long hours, shifting priorities, or tough challenges, because for them, landscaping is more than a paycheck—it's a craft, a career, and a chance to build something lasting. What You'll Do Lead and develop a crew to deliver high-quality landscaping projects Keep work moving forward without sacrificing craftsmanship Teach less experienced team members and help them grow Communicate clearly with clients and teammates to keep everyone aligned Model our core values: Honesty, Innovation, Knowledge, Efficiency, and Relationships Who You Are You have proven experience supervising and leading crews, preferably in landscaping or outdoor services.
