Job Description

Landscape Enhancement Crew Member Austin, TX 78737 Full-time Pay range: $18-22, based on experience and ability to drive for the company Elements Lawn & Landscape has an immediate opening for a full-time Landscape Enhancement Crew Member at our Austin location. We are looking for a hard-working individual who wants to grow with our company. Ideal candidates are committed, dependable, willing to work in all seasons, and interested in building a long-term career in the landscape industry. A valid driver's license and relevant experience with installation, softscaping, and hardscaping are required for this position.

Job Requirements:
Must be familiar with and able to operate a dump truck, truck with trailer, skid steer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears, and other related landscaping equipment and tools. Landscape installation experience (softscaping and hardscaping) Knowledge of landscaping construction techniques (concrete work, paving, and retaining wall construction) Plant care knowledge, including enhancement installations, seasonal color, and plant materials Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, walk for extended periods, and regularly lift objects weighing 50-80 lbs Reliable transportation to and from work daily Welding experience a plus
Required Qualifications:
Landscape enhancement experience (1-3 years) Valid driver's license (held for a minimum of 3 years with a clean driving record) Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background
