This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes ownership of their sites, leads by example, and is committed to safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. The Landscape Production Manager is responsible for supervising crews, maintaining production schedules, and serving as the on-site point of contact between the crew, and management. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape crews in daily operations Plan, assign, and oversee daily work activities to meet schedules and quality standards Perform hands-on landscape work including planting, grading, mulching, hardscape, irrigation, and maintenance tasks as needed Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and well-organized at all times Train, coach, and mentor crew members to improve performance and skill development Communicate job progress, challenges, and needs to the Account or Production Manager Ensure work is completed according to contract scope and company standards Enforce safety policies and proper use of tools and equipment Qualifications 3+years of experience as a Landscape Foreman or Crew Leader (preferred) Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) with professional fluency Strong knowledge of landscape installation and/or maintenance practices Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team Ability to read work orders, plans, and schedules Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to operate landscape equipment (skid steer, mower, trimmers, etc.) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
