What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial landscape construction (including hardscapes, irrigation, and turf management) Experience overseeing and managing landscape construction crews, including scheduling, task delegation, quality control and safety compliance Spanish-speaking ability strongly encouraged to support effective communication with field crews, but not required

Required:

Experienced Drivers 21+ years old , must have a valid driver's license Clean driving record past 3 years Experience with pulling trailers Strong understanding of commercial project specs, codes, and quality standards A detail-oriented, safety-conscious attitude toward work Team player who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Reliable transportation to job sites [Not required, but beneficial] Relevant certifications such as irrigation or landscape installation Why Join Us?
